The Baldeschi Agricultural Company delivers by express courier in Italy and abroad.

WARRANTY
All items sold by the Baldeschi Agricultural Company  are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee valid throughout the Italian territory. Defective products will be replaced with the same product, returning it to Azienda Agraria Baldeschi - Loc. Palazzola 6, 06069 Tuoro sul Trasimeno, at the expense of the customer who will deliver the goods, agreeing in advance the methods of shipping the goods .

LAW REGULATIONS ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Decree in question gives you the right to withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days, starting from receipt of the goods ordered, by sending us a communication by letter to the following address Azienda Agraria Baldeschi - Loc. Palazzola 6, 06069 Tuoro sul Trasimeno registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. The withdrawal can also be sent by telegram within the same term, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods received at his own expense, intact and unused, to the Azienda Agraria Baldeschi - Loc. Palazzola 6, 06069 Tuoro sul Trasimeno, within ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods and only after obtaining the return authorization code (RAS). The return must be made by insured means carriage paid. Cash on delivery or carriage forward parcels will not be accepted.
